This is a wider take on a lovely courtyard in an area that I've done quite a bit of photography. The combination of the old historic structure, the details with the architecture and the materials used like the brick, stone, and of course the gorgeous wooden door are wonderful. Add in the spring blossoms on the Dogwood tree, the tulips and greenery and you get a total picture of calming, lovely, and charming history! Enjoy!
I do love the combination you have here, Rachel. It would be great to have you show me around the area (camera in hand) to see all the delicious details. Old architecture with fresh plant growth is one of my favorite combinations.
